The male labeled are less likely to access mental healthcare, and yet they suffer from higher rates of suicide and trauma. Add to this structural obstacles to mental healthcare (in the form of racism, transphobia, and homophobia), and a pandemic, and we are left with a pretty bleak picture.
Beyond the Blue offers survival tools for the male labeled but this will benefit society as a whole, including these two precious beings (in the picture below)! Untreated depression, anxiety, and trauma poses a threat to all of us, and yet sometimes the survival tools that can help are simple and accessible. We just need a little guidance. To celebrate the release of Beyond the Blue, you can get your hands on a special (hardback) edition. Check out the video to find out more. Please pass this on so we can all achieve a healthier, safer society for all.
